| Knitted from cotton-spun Kevlar® |
Seamless construction |
| This amazingly strong and inflammable yarn, when spun by
this process, emerges as soft and flexible as cotton. |
Seams not only irritate the wearer, but are potential
danger points - likely to split, fray or harbour stray sparks or splashes of liquid. A
seamless glove is safer as well as more comfortable. |
| The gloves will not ignite, and will protect at temperatures of
100ºC at least 15 seconds (tested to EN407) |
Available in raised PVC coating |
| Effective resistance to contact heat, and protects the
wearer in applications where there may be direct contact with naked flame. |
Provides a non-slip coating for safer handling. N.B. Not
suitable for hot applications |
| Special waterproof Neptune™ coating seals each individual
strand of Kevlar® |
Machine washable at 40ºC |
| The process, unique to Ansell encapsulates each Kevlar®
fibre to ensure that oil, grease or water cannot enter and damage the Kevlar® strand. |
Can be laundered at lower temperatures than competitors and
so re-used many times with no loss of performance |
