glove is manufactured according to a new method. Thanks to this
special method, these gloves have a palm profile for a secure
grip. First, the glove is dipped to form the nitrile layer. Then,
the glove is dipped in a solvent free adhesive bath and the tricot
is pulled on afterwards. This ensures 100 % impenetrability. The
seamless tricot allows a very fine touch. At the same time, the
mechanical durability of the Tricotril is considerably higher than
dry-coated versions.
Another advantage to this top-class glove is
the ergonomic fit, making them comfortable to wear for long
periods of time and these gloves are licensed for use in the
handling and processing of food stuffs. KCL does not use any
vulcanisation accelerators such as thiurams or benzothiazoles, and
the glove is 100 % free from natural latex. This glove is an ideal
combination of chemical and mechanical safety properties.
This glove has been tested and certified by the
RAL authority and therefore can be used in the field of processing
and handling of food stuffs. |
