Delivery & Returns

Click and Collect 

We aim to complete all orders within one week, however we ask customers to allow up to three weeks in the event that any items are temporarily out of stock. 

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to
collect. Please ensure that you bring your #5digit order number with you when you come to collect. This can be found on your order
confirmation email.

Delivery to Schools/Colleges 

We offer a free delivery to school service to all our contracted schools. This is during Term Time ONLY and is usually one selected day a week.

Please make sure you add your Child's name and Year group/class to the comments box at checkout to help ease the process once your parcel is delivered.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been booked for delivery, this will also include an estimated day of expected arrival to school.

 

Delivery

All orders over £100 are FREE of charge, for all other orders shipping is charged at a standard rate of £7.90

We aim to dispatch all orders within one week, however we ask customers to allow up to three weeks in the event that any items are temporarily out of stock. 

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, this will include a tracking number. 

Orders will be delivered by courier and delivered to UK addresses only.  We do not deliver outside of the UK. 

You may receive separate packages which arrive on different days as we often send goods that are in stock straight away and send the outstanding goods as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.

Errors or discrepancies with orders received must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receipt. 

If an order does not arrive within 14 days of confirmation of dispatch, please get in contact with us immediately to enable us to investigate.

 

Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, let us know within 48 hours of receiving/collecting your goods.

All refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods are undamaged, in the original packaging, with all trademarks or other labelling intact and fully suitable for re-sale.
  • The goods are not personalised in any way (embroidery/print of initials, names or "leavers").

The quickest and easiest way to return is to bring them into store with your invoice for a refund.

Alternatively you can package up and return to the school/college where we can arrange collection. We deliver/collect once a week. Once we receive the items back we will process the refund/exchange for you.

If neither of these options work for you then you can post back to us at a cost to yourself. We would recommend that items returned be sent back and proof of posting obtained. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please make sure you add your name and order number, and reason for return in the package to help speed up the refund process. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay.

 

Faulty Goods:

Faulty goods will be inspected and if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, We will either replace or credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of school wear and sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within six months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of Stratfords.
