Refund policy
Returns
You have 28 days to return any unwanted items via your online account.
Return item(s) in person to our branch where we will issue you with a receipt for goods returned, OR
Return the item(s) to our warehouse via a postal/courier service.
Unfortunately we do NOT operate a free postal/courier returns service. We would recommend that for items returned you obtain proof of posting. Stratfords will not accept liability for lost or damaged items.
The items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
PLEASE ALLOW 14 DAYS FOR PROCESSING REFUNDS.
All refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- · Goods must be returned within 28 days.
- · The goods are undamaged/unworn/unwashed & unnamed, in the original packaging, with trademarks or other labelling intact and fully suitable for re-sale.
- · The goods are not personalised (i.e.: embroidery/print of company logo, initials, names, or “leavers”)
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NAME AND (#) NUMBER FOR US TO PROCESS EFFICIENTLY. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN A DELAY.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges if you have ordered the wrong item or size. In this instance, please return your item for a refund as above and then reorder, or to save a trip reorder first and return original item(s) when collecting.
Faulty Goods:
Faulty goods will be inspected and if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, We will either replace or credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of school wear and sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within six months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of Stratfords.
