RETURN POLICY

You have 28 days from date of invoice to return any unwanted items to us.

 

RETURNS

 

School Customers: Return the item(s) to the school where we deliver/collect weekly. Once we receive the item(s), we will process the refund for you OR return item(s) in person to our branch where we will issue you with a receipt for goods returned.

PLEASE ALLOW 14 DAYS FOR PROCESSING REFUNDS.

 

College Customers: Return the item(s) to the Reception Desk at Easton/City College where we collect from weekly. Once we receive the item(s), we will process the refund for you OR return item(s) in person to our branch where we will issue you with a receipt for goods returned.

PLEASE ALLOW 14 DAYS FOR PROCESSING REFUNDS.

 

PLEASE INCLUDE THIS RETURNS FORM, ALL SECTIONS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.

 

REFUNDS

 

All refunds are subject to the following conditions:

·         Goods must be returned within 28 days.

·         The goods are undamaged/unworn/unwashed & unnamed, in the original packaging, with trademarks or other labelling intact and fully suitable for re-sale.

·         The goods are not personalised (i.e.: embroidery/print of company logo, initials, names, or “leavers”)

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

 

If neither of these options work for you, return the item(s) to our warehouse, unfortunately we do NOT operate a free postal/courier returns service. We would recommend that for items returned you obtain proof of posting. Stratfords will not accept liability for lost or damaged items.

The items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

 

EXCHANGES

 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges if you have ordered the wrong item or size. In this instance, please return your item for a refund and then reorder.

 

WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM RECEIVED

 

Mistakes do happen. Please contact us by email schools@stratfords.com with your order number, school/college, the name/product code/size & colour of the item(s) you received and details of the item(s) you should have received. We will contact you to arrange an exchange or refund.
